GST 的供应是无限的，玩家在单人模式或后台模式下运动时会产生；GMT 则是有限的，在运动鞋达到最高等级后，玩家将可以获得，GMT 总量为 60 亿枚。
不过，玩家每日赚取的 GST 和 GMT 都是有限的，最初以每日最多只能赚取 5 个 GST 开始游戏，再通过升级他们的运动鞋后，可将其每日赚取的 GST 上限提升至 150 个； 而 GMT 的每日赚取上限是 5 个。
目前，GST 在 Raydium 上已可以交易，1 GST 可以兑换约 1.63 美元，而 GMT 暂时还无法交易。
STEPN 由 Find Satoshi Lab 团队创建，运行在 Solana 网络上，重新构造了用户身体活动与区块链游戏之间的共生关系。该项目将玩家的运动数据作为了一系列游戏化的输入，继而向玩家转化为链上游戏内的 Token 和 NFT 奖励。此外，在 Solana「Ignition Hackathon」的 GameFi 领域，STEPN 获得了第四名的成绩。
