PoS Staking 的现有问题
Staking 对于 PoS 链至关重要，这个领域的市场潜力巨大，但目前有些显著的问题。PoS Staking 的参与方可以分为三类：PoS 链、Delegator（委托质押人）、以及 Validator（验证者）。
对于 PoS 链，面对的最大挑战是投票权过度集中在头部质押者上。Nakamoto Coefficient 是衡量投票权集中度的常用指标，衡量了需要几个验证者联合起来可以成功影响 PoS 链的共识机制的运作。
值得留意的是有些 PoS 链有着极小的 Nakamoto coefficient，这并不一定说明这条链不安全，导致整条链会被少数几个恶意的验证者控制。这是因为很多时候区块链项目的团队作为主要验证者维护共识机制。非常小的 Nakamoto coefficient 只说明这条链的投票权非常集中，不够去中心化。
对于普通委托质押者，如何挑选一个好的验证服务提供商需要了解技术知识，以及需要消耗相当多的时间。
对于验证者来讲，小型验证服务提供商很难吸引到委托质押。由于大多数委托质押都集中到了头部验证者，小型验证者很难去拓展它们的业务。对于一个去中心化网络，有很多活跃参与治理的中小型验证者是非常有益的。
Stader 的解决方案
Stader 提供的方案说起来简单，却能有效解决上述讨论的种种问题。Stader 将验证服务提供商进行了筛选和分类，并组成不同的验证者池。用户可以将通证质押在一个验证者池内，协议则会监控池中包含的验证服务提供商的情况，并作定期调整维持最优的表现。
同时协议提供了额外的附加服务，包括质押奖励的自动再质押以及一键领取空投。
Stader 也提供了流动质押服务，目前仅限于 $Luna，其流动质押的 $Luna 叫做 $LunaX。$LunaX 的验证者是由团队筛选的11个验证者组成。未来，验证者池和流动质押的验证者组合均会由协议 DAO 进行挑选。
 Stader 是市场上第一个将 Staking Pool、Liquid staking 和 Degen Vault 这些产品集合一起的协议。较为创新的产品为其带来不错的热度，但也要留意这些产品并不具备有效的护城河，Lido 同样可以推出类似的服务。
质押这个赛道品牌很重要，Lido 目前主要业务集中在 ETH2.0 和 Terra 上，如果 Stader 可以快速拓展多链的质押市场并且成为一个流动质押通证的 DeFi Farming 中心平台，在用户心里建立优秀的品牌印象，那么还是很有机会挑战 Lido 的市场地位的。
