<p>TrueUSD（TUSD）是一种用于标记货币通话和实际资产的平台。向代币持有者提供合法保护的美元，并且每1美元使用一个 TrueUSD 代币。TrueUSD 提供可靠的交易工具，使消费者和企业能够将货币兑换作为媒介。</p>
<p>Trueusd（TUSD）类似目前的USDT，属于&ldquo;稳定货币&rdquo;一种，由斯坦福创业基金支持下的 TrustToken 初创公司推出了兼顾透明度和神秘性的加密货币 TrueUSD，这是市场上首款信任度极高的美元稳定货币。通过与银行和信托建立合作网络，该公司保障他们的代币将会保持货币的稳定性。</p>
<p>与有争议地坚持银行账户审计的Tether不同，TrueUSD提供定期审计，为持有者提供强有力的法律保护，通过增加 KYC（客户背景调查）和反洗钱审查 (AML) 等方式来保持合规，甚至会对用户的单笔交易进行审查来降低风险，但这种审查和审计在保证透明性的同时也会增加额外的成本。</p>
<p>在TrueUSD系统中，美元存在于已签署托管协议的多家信托公司的银行账户中，而不是由一家公司控制的银行账户。所述银行账户的内容每天都会公布，并且每月都要进行审计。</p>
<p>如果有人想通过在线申请获得TrueUSD，他们需要通过KYC／AML检查。检查完成后，他们可以将美元发送给TrueUSD的信托公司合作伙伴之一。一旦资金由信托公司核实，他们的API将指示TrueUSD智能合约以1比1的比率发行代币并将其发送到与当前账户相关的以太坊地址。</p>
<p>一旦进入钱包，代币可以转让给朋友或作为支付使用，结合法币（稳定性和信任）与加密货币的优点（减少费用和传输时间）。用户还可以通过将TUSD代币发送回智能合同地址来兑换实际美元，智能合约地址将通知信托公司，并启动银行转账至用户的账户。</p>
