<p>LEO是的Bitfinex发行的平台币，总量10个亿， ⑴发行背景： 美国纽约首席检察官向两家关联公司提出起诉，分别是全球大牌币市交易所Bitfinex和最大稳定币USDT发行者Tether公司，（两家为关联公司，背后运营者属于一家叫Ifinex的公司）。 Bitfinex其中8.5亿美金的客户基金存在一个叫Crypto Capital的基金户头，这8.5亿美金位于Crypto Capital基金名下的资金分别在波兰，美国，葡萄牙的不同银行户头下目前被冻结了。 为了资金周转，发币（LEO）成为了Bitfinex缓解资产困境的方式，换句话来说就是通过散户的资金来补自己的窟窿。 ⑵回购方式： LEO最大的看点在于3中销毁方式，第一种是Bitfinex利润的27%用于回购等值的LEO代币；第二在被冻结的8.5亿资金（至少95%）用于回购；第三是被盗的11万个BTC，如果找回以后用户回购BTC。 Bitfinex的股东赵东说，回购了90%以后就不再回购了，不是永续回购。 ⑶应用场景： LEO的应用场景：代币持有人可以获得iFinex交易平台、产品和服务的直接效益，所有LEO代币持有人可以获得加密货币交易对（包括加密货币兑稳定币）15%的taker fee减免优惠。 如果交易者持有LEO代币，首次交易费用使用LEO的话最多可以减免25%。 ⑷未来发展 LEO作为平台币，和其它交易所一样，主要看Bitfinex交易所未来的发展和生态建设，从公布的财务数据来看，Bitfinex的盈利不错。</p>
